Day 1 Poomsae Nationals. Congratulations to Abby, Emily, Darren, and Emma on their great achievement today. We are very proud that everyone improved so much over the season and perform their best. Even though in competition, you have many competitors and it is natural to compare yourself to them. But the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday. That is true measure of one’s improvement.
