Today Emma and Emily perform their best but it was not the result we wanted. After the emotions settled, the girls were motivated to train again, we went straight back to the mats to train more today. Where we fall is where we have to stand back up. There is a lesson to be learn in winning but greater lesson to be learn in defeat.
